OK, so where to begin. I am a local business owner and had a visit today from Timothy Moore to take a look at the water issue we have been having for a VERY long time. From the dispatch/ office manager Mike(who was probably the most positive, upbeat friendly person I’ve had the pleasure to talk to on a service call in like.. well. Forever!! ) He assured me they would be out the following morning and the would fix the issue. Guess what. They actually where here the following morning and has put together a plan to fix the issue. Tim arrived with a smile and friendly demeanor and not only knew what needed to be done, he also “while he was here anyways,” walked around to check and make sure everything else was problem free.
